Standard Orders:

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

*Please note the delivery charge will not be refunded. Personalised items such as jerseys with printed name and number or club shop items with embroidered club crest/initials cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned:

• Within 14 days of receipt
• In an unused/unworn condition
• With the original delivery docket
• Footwear must be returned with the original packaging/boxes
• Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place.

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at shopping@bmcsports.ie so that we can arrange the return for you. You will not be charged for returning if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland Returns:

Our new online returns option with DPD makes it easier to return your parcel in 8 simple steps. Please note all returns from the Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland are charged at €5.85.

1. Go online to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/
2. Continue as guest
3. Select ‘Brian Mc Cormick Sports & Leisure’ from the drop down list
4. Enter your reference number (this is your order number) and reason for return
5. Select your parcel size
6. Print off the label and attach it to the outside of your repackaged parcel
7. Drop off your parcel at one of the DPD pickup points located across Ireland. To find your nearest pickup point, visit https://dpd.ie/Pickup
8. You will receive a pay zone receipt as proof of your return. This will include a tracking number to allow you to track the status of your return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method once your package has arrived back to us.

Returns outside of ROI/NI:

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, outside of the Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.

We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.

To exchange your item, simply post the item back including the dispatch note and the returns form and we will place the new order on your account.

We will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred if we have sent you something other than what you originally ordered

If we deem the item to be faulty,  we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.

Returns Instore:

You can return your order to our store for a refund or an exchange from Mon – Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm

Just bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.

Returning your order by post:

Please attach the below address to your package and ensure that you include your invoice with your name, order number and contact details. You can then bring your parcel to your nearest post office.

Please note Club Direct Teamwear items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as these orders have been specially placed. If you wish to cancel items from our Club Direct Teamwear section you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exercise Equipment, punch bags & pool tables etc: Returns will be accepted if they are in their unopened and original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
